Matt oversees all aspects of graduate and undergraduate student services in CEE. He also processes GSI, GSRA, and lecturer appointments, manages our student services related budgets, and handles student organization funding requests.

Jackie’s role touches on multiple aspects of student services. Primarily focused on graduate student support, she will provide critical support to students at key milestones, including but not limited to, advancement to candidacy and GSI appointments. Throughout the academic year, she will assist with managing academic records, organizing orientations and other events, and ensuring compliance with departmental and university policies.
Lynn Shock, Senior Undergraduate Coordinator

Lynn is primarily responsible for all undergraduate student services in CEE, including the schedule of classes. She helps students register for classes and supports the faculty program advisors with the undergraduate advising mission of the department. She also assists with the continuing re-accreditation of our undergraduate degree programs.

Jeff Scruggs oversees all graduate programs (PhD, MSE and MEng) in CEE. He is available to meet to discuss many topics related to current student issues.
